1. Cancellation Eligibility
Before Trip Commencement: Customers can request a refund before the commencement of the trip. However, please note that refunds will only be processed if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours after the booking. This policy is in place to allow a reasonable period for customers to reconsider their plans and to manage booking logistics.
During the Trip: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made during the trip.
2. Refund Process

Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary information. Refunds will be processed within [X] business days from the date of cancellation. 2. No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show, where the customer fails to inform Agracitywalk about the cancellation in advance, no refunds will be issued.
